June meeting and announcement

The next Life MakeOver group will take place on the 3rd Thursday of June - June 21st, at 7 p.m. at the Routhier community Centre.


I am also expanding my coaching business - I will open an office in downtown Ottawa, starting July 1st, where I will also offer counselling services for professional women in the areas of stress management, wellness and confidence as well as family of origin issues for women who have grown up in an alcoholic home.
